OneBB – Forum & Discussion Board Script #devlog 1

My old Forum & Discussion Board Script now have name: OneBB, it’s not only name change. It’s change all concept of how it will look. First of all i wanna switch main language to English. I see some people from other countries on my website. I think it’s will be nice if they can participate in creating this script.
What’s new
I have great crisis of my willingness to work of free discussion board scripts. But after I saw that they are some people who download my old Board Script. In other words I decided that show must go on. Last week I spend lots of time to learn how works transitions in VUE. OneBB will have nice and smooth transitions between pages. Now i can focus on Json Web Token and user experience. Here I have bad news, I think that new script need new skin. Skin must be modern, use flexbox and be more clear. CSS code of current skin is really bad and need refactoring. But in my opinion it will be faster to write new skin. How it will look like? I really don’t know, I have to find some good colors and use them.
Workflow
Well I thought that sprints will be great. But it’s not for me, i cant estimate how much time i will have every week. Firstly I have work and its have to be done before I start coding. Secondly I have to spend some time with my family. Thirdly, and most importantly sometimes I have some not expected things. I will still try to write new devlog post about progress in OneBB. However I can’t promise that will be every two weeks.
Backend problems
Yes, there is some problems in backend. I use Symfony in version 5.3, therefore i have to move for LTS version. So I think that should not be a big deal, but who knows what can stop working. I think this will be my future problem, now I want focus on frontend of Forum & Discussion Board Script.
